Privacy Policy

Last updated: placeholder — set this to your actual launch date before publishing.

Curblow ("we," "us") operates a car-deal search tool that aggregates publicly available vehicle listings from multiple third-party sites. This page explains what we collect, why, and how it's used.

What we collect

What we don't do

Where listing data comes from

Curblow aggregates publicly listed vehicle data from sources that may include Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, AutoTrader, Cars.com, CarGurus, OfferUp, and eBay Motors (via eBay's official Browse API). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of these platforms. Listing accuracy is the responsibility of the original poster and source site — always verify details directly with the seller before making a purchase decision.

Third-party services we use

Data retention

Listing data is refreshed periodically and stale listings are marked inactive rather than deleted immediately. Your email address (if provided for alerts) is kept until you ask us to remove it — contact us to opt out at any time.

Your choices

You can use the core search feature without providing any personal information. If you signed up for alerts and want your email removed, contact us and we'll delete it.

This page is a starting draft, not legal advice. Before you launch to real users, have an actual lawyer review this against your specific data practices, applicable state laws (e.g. CCPA if you have California users), and CAN-SPAM requirements for the alert emails.
