Terms of Service

Last updated: placeholder — set this to your actual launch date before publishing.

By using Curblow, you agree to the following terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Curblow is

Curblow is a search tool that aggregates publicly available vehicle listing data from multiple third-party marketplaces into one place, and highlights listings priced below the estimated market average for that make/model/year. Curblow does not sell vehicles, is not a party to any transaction between a buyer and seller, and does not verify the accuracy of third-party listings.

No warranty on listing accuracy

Prices, mileage, vehicle condition, and availability shown on Curblow are pulled from third-party sources and can be outdated, incorrect, or removed by the original poster at any time. "Below market" flags are estimates based on aggregate pricing data, not an appraisal or guarantee of value. Always verify listing details directly with the seller and, where possible, have any vehicle independently inspected before purchasing.

Use at your own judgment

Curblow is a discovery tool, not financial or purchasing advice. You are solely responsible for any decision to contact a seller, negotiate, or purchase a vehicle found through the service.

Acceptable use

Email alerts

If you sign up for listing alerts, you consent to receive transactional emails related to your alert criteria. You can unsubscribe or request removal at any time.

Changes to the service

We may add, remove, or modify features, including which listing sources are included, at any time without notice.

Limitation of liability

Curblow is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curblow and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or reliance on listing data shown through it, including losses related to a vehicle purchase.
